The Team
I would like to tell you a little bit about the team who form the foundations of this company and make it the sucess it is today. A mixed bag of qualifications and experiences spanning a large Information Technology spectrum. Our strongest areas lie with Microsoft products through the software ranks of Desktop and Server operating systems and services, coupled with Cisco networking, IT security skills and so much more. It doesn't matter whether it be backup and restore, cable management, migrations and upgrades, or IT projects, the skill set here is second-to-non and have over 20 years experience in this industry.
Our Objective
Our prime objective is to get the job done swiftly, securely, and as promised. We do not baffle our home PC users with techno babble because it proves no points about us to them and you the home user are probably not interested. You want your system functioning efficiently and you want this done promptly but if there is a request for IT instructions, information and reasons as to why we carryout certain tasks then our engineers are happy to go through this with you.
Previous Work
Some of the contracts we have worked on involve rolling out bespoke applications County wide to over 5000 end users ensuring Apps are delivered over Citrix. Rolling out new desktop images to workstations, building and configuring Citrix Blade Servers, Publishing Apps, Installing Windows Domain Controllers, Decommissioning Novell Netware servers, and so on. The restructuring of two major UK banks Active Directory structure in Canary Wharf has been implemented from beginning to end. Analysing data within the structure, designing and implementing the banks SAN, identifying UDA (User Developed Applications), and remapping FTP/CFTs processing to suit new structure. Migrating large data-sets, implementing new naming conventions in view of operational standards, and so on.
The Future
Our future plans for 2009/2010 is a target audience of over 500,000 home based end users in Warwickshire covering Warwick, Nuneaton/Bedworth, Leamington Spa, Stratford-Upon-Avon, and Rugby which include home users and businesses. And then there are County Wide businesses of all sizes to focus on. Your business could be operated from home or corporate buildings and your requests can be a standard PC Health Check, to an enterprise migration and roll-out project to thousands of end users.
