Emergency Call-Out. The IT Fortress provide On-Demand On-Call Engineers available for general system and network admin & troubleshooting, or BCE (Business Critical Emergency) call-out.
On-Site Support Staff. We can also provide you with contracted staff ranging through the ranks of 1st Line Helpdesk to 4th Line Engineers.
The ITFortress offer on-site IT support for the business client and comes in 2 forms.
We can provide on-site support for your server/desktop and network infrastructure upon request.
You will call the ITFortress and within a given time (depending on contracted service and SLA) one of our engineers will be on site troubleshooting and dealing with your needs. We also provide a critical infrastructure service for the business client in that you can call an engineer out to your site anytime during the day/night and during any day of the week (Mon-Sun). This means that if one of your network servers went down on Saturday morning at 3am then an engineer will be dispatched.
The ITFortress can also provide contracted staff whether they are 1st-line Help Desk staff or 4th-line enterprise engineers they will be contracted to work for your IT department. Minimum contracts start at 3 months (12 weeks) and on many occasions end up being rolling contracts for many months thereafter.
