Desktop PC/Laptops and Home Servers
PC processing starts with the desktop computer and/or the laptop/notebook. These devices are used in stand-alone, company, or mobile scenarios.
We have a full understanding of how the PC/Laptop works with both hardware (hard drive, memory, processors etc), and of course, software (programs, tools, utilities, etc).
With this knowledge we can pretty much diagnose a PC/Laptop issue immediately which allows us to act quickly and basically 'get the job done'. We offer to all home users/business desktops a free PC/Laptop diagnostics session which is conducted remotely (remote control connection onto your PC), and from this information we can give you a summary of what is happening on your device.

Business Users Services
As we move up the ladder into the business world, demands and requirements are different and plentiful. Critical areas to focus on are IT Security, Data Backup, and Disaster Recover, all pretty much equal in importance as the other. Our engineers can come out on site, have a look at your environment, listen to your concerns and establish a group of resolutions soon afterwards. We can suggest a solution combining the experience of 1st through to 4th line level support staff to accomplish your end goal.
We can design, implement, maintain, administer and monitor desktop/server environments ensuring that everything is how it should be and locked-down where necessary.
Projects
For long term and detailed requirements our projects manager can conduct a site survey, attend an initial meeting/conference, and then draft a project strategy based on your requirements. These strategies will be submitted to the projects team for satisfactory clearance and then actioned accordingly.
We can run diagnostics software on your network either remotely or on-site to identify all loop-holes present as every network infrastructure has a loop-hole! These can range from security vulnerabilities, lost or dropped network packets on your network, or identifying bottlenecks. We can then implement and lockdown your environment with security procedures ensuring that all defences are robust and secure.
On-Site Support Staff (Contracted)
If you also need staff to be present on-site, whether that be a 'HelpDesk (1st Line) support or 2nd line technical support analyse then we can provide this for you based on a contract basis (not permanent positions). If you need on-site 3rd line Enterprise Infrastructure or 4th line Senior Network Support Engineers we can provide those to, again, only on a contract basis.
