The IT Fortress primarily concentrates on the Home Users software and there is a very good reason for this restricted service. You (the end user) may have your PC/Laptop/Server hardware, whether that be the computer, keyboard, or monitor covered by insurance or warranties and there are many PC shops in most local towns/cities that offer hardware services, so the IT Fortress do not currently get involved with the end-users hardware installs, upgrades, or replacement concerns.
Then there is your Internet connection which will be provided to you by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) who will also most of the time install/provide you with the connection equipment (Hub/Router), and connection service. The IT Fortress will not troubleshoot neither connection nor ISP equipment in view of company liability and your ISP are there to support such matters.
However, when your computer hardware and Internet connection are working there are many other issues that are experienced of which 99% of the time are software related. Whether that be viruses, upgrades, operating systems, software packages, updates, anti-virus software and much much more we will work hard at getting these resolved for you.
